Perth Limestone Excavation and Pool Installation Costs

Perth's limestone bedrock in northern suburbs (Joondalup, Wanneroo, Hillarys, Clarkson) can add $2,000-$12,000+ to pool excavation costs depending on depth and hardness of limestone encountered. Hydraulic rock-breakers are commonly required for Perth pool excavations. Sandy soils in southern Perth are easier to excavate. Always ask your Perth pool builder about rock-breaking risk on your specific block. demirs.wa.gov.au
